At our PINPLUS store, you have the option to return or exchange any product purchased within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or a replacement. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as well as exchanges. We welcome new items and those that have been lightly used. We provides a return shipping label that you can download and print via email. You can also choose to ship the package using the carrier of your choice.There are no restocking or other additional fees associated with our return process.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be clean, undamaged, and include the original packaging and materials.
  • If the product is returned due to a defect, we may require proof of the defect, such as photographs or a description of the issue.

Return Procedures

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Please include a photo of the product in your email.
  2. Download & Print Return Label: We will provide you with a return shipping label via email. Download and print the label to use when shipping your return.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely and attach the return shipping label to the package. You can also choose to ship the package using the carrier of your choice.
  4. Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the product for any damage or missing accessories, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Note: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
